BC SUPREME COURT GRANTS ORDER IN RESPONSE TO PALA`S PETITION
June 5, 2009 Vancouver, BC - Rockwell Diamonds Inc. (TSX: RDI; JSE: RDI; OTCBB:
RDIAF) today announced that the British Columbia Supreme Court has granted an
order in response to the petition brought by Pala Investments Holdings Limited
against Rockwell, John Bristow, Mark Bristow and David Copeland to have the
proxy materials of John Bristow, Mark Bristow and David Copeland withdrawn and
re-issued.
