In compliance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, and further
to the announcement released on Sens on 13 March 2009, relating to the
resignation from the company of Ms S Pienaar as Financial Director and
Company Secretary as of 31 May 2009; the Company advises that Mr Patrick
Kane has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the
company in a temporary capacity, with effect from 5 June 2009.
Patrick has 19 years` experience as a financial director of a public listed
company, which will enable him to manage the financial aspects of the company
in an interim capacity until a permanent replacement for Ms Pienaar is
appointed.
