CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the Company has entered into negotiations with the
International Finance Corporation ("IFC") whereby the IFC will subscribe for
US$10 million of the Company`s ordinary shares and advance an additional of a
US$10 million subordinated loan to Sasfin Bank Limited. Should the negotiations
be successfully concluded, they may have a material effect on the price of the
Company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
