Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 28 April 2009,
shareholders are advised that the Company is still in discussions, which if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of Thabex
shares.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in Thabex shares until a full announcement is made in this regard.
