LISTING OF eRAFI(TM) RESOURCE 20 ETF SECURITIES
Further to the announcement published on 11 May 2009 regarding the initial
public offering for participatory interests in the NewFunds eRAFI(TM) SA
Resource 20 Index ETF Portfolio ("eRAFI(TM) Resource 20 ETF securities" or
"securities"), Java Capital (Proprietary) Limited is authorised to announce
that the JSE Limited ("JSE") has approved the listing on the main board of
the JSE of eRAFI(TM) Resource 20 ETF securities in the "Exchange Traded
Funds" sector, with effect from commencement of business on Monday, 15 June
2009.
Subscriptions valued at approximately R26,403,081 were received pursuant to
the Initial Public Offering.
A copy of the Offering Circular issued on 3 September 2007 together with the
eRAFI(TM) Resource 20 ETF Portfolio Supplement issued on 11 May 2009 is
available at the registered office of the Manager (3rd Floor, Absa Towers
East, 170 Main Street, Johannesburg and at www.newfunds.co.za).
SUBSCRIPTIONS
1,065,944 eRAFI(TM) Resource 20 ETF securities will be issued to successful
applicants at commencement of trade on Monday, 15 June 2009 at a price per
security of approximately R24.77 and at a conversion ratio of 0.0399533
securities for every one letter of allotment issued pursuant to cash
subscriptions and one million eRAFI(TM) Resource 20 ETF securities for every
full basket of constituent securities delivered.

sold or promoted by Research Affiliates(R), LLC ("Research Affiliates(R)")
and Research Affiliates(R) makes no warranty or representation whatsoever,

results to be obtained from the use of the Plexus Absa Capital eRAFI(TM)
Resource 20 Index (the "Index") and/or the value at which the Index stands at

and calculated by RisCura. However, neither Research Affiliates(R), RisCura,
