DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON SATRIX 40 ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("STXIDC")
With reference to the distribution announcement, the Directors of SATRIX 40
(STX40) have given notice that the following dates are of importance in regard
to a possible quarterly distribution by the SATRIX 40 portfolio to holders of
SATRIX 40 securities.
Last day to trade "CUM" distribution: Friday, 19 June 2009
Securities trade "EX" distribution: Monday, 22 June 2009
Record date: Friday, 26 June 2009
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, STXIDC,
will receive a SATRIX 40 distribution as declared (if any), per security, in
terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders
and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the distribution) in
order to participate in the distribution will be Friday, 19 June 2009.
STXIDC Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the distribution
from the commencement of business on Monday, 22 June 2009, and the record date
will be Friday, 26 June 2009.
