ERRATUM IN FORM OF PROXY

shareholders issued on Monday, 8 June 2009 ("the circular") incorrectly
reflects the date of the general meeting to be convened in terms of the
circular as Monday, 22 June 2009.
The correct date for the general meeting is Tuesday, 23 June 2009.
