APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Shareholders are advised that Mr Keith Watkins (B.A. Hons. (Econ) MBA (UCT)),
the current Divisional Chief Executive of the Astrapak Rigids Division, has
been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Astrapak with immediate effect.
This appointment now concludes the restructuring of both the Board of
Directors and Executive Committee of Astrapak.
Keith has 20 years of packaging experience with specific expertise in "world
class manufacturing" disciplines and will make a significant contribution in
professionalising the Astrapak operations and the extraction of synergies
across the group.
