DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BIL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BHP BILLITON PLC and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to BHP BILLITON PLC (BIL).
The Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount per
BILNIF share instalment that is payable on Friday, 25 September 2009. The
dividend amount and the currency conversion rate will be announced on Friday, 28
August 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 28 August 2009. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 31 August 2009, the
record date will be Friday, 4 September 2009.
