Update re proposed equity investments into Kiwara
Further to the announcement dated 29 April 2009, shareholders are advised that
discussions are still in progress with International Finance Corporation
regarding their disclosed intention to consider an equity investment of US$6
million in Kiwara, which if successfully concluded, may have a material effect
on the price of the Company`s securities, and, accordingly, shareholders are
advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company`s securities
until a further announcement is made.
