DIRECTORS` DEALINGS
In compliance with paragraph 3.63 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited ("Listings Requirements"), unitholders are hereby advised that certain
directors may derive a beneficial interest in a new long term incentive scheme,
the details of which were approved by unitholders at the Annual General Meeting
of the company held on 11 September 2008.
Sanlam Capital Markets (Pty) Ltd ("SCM") has acquired shares in respect of the
new long term incentive scheme. The release of any of the units so acquired by
SCM to a director referred to below on 1 July 2012, is conditional on the
director being employed by the company on that date and also subject to the
achievement of certain pre-determined performance targets.
In order to comply with the Listings Requirements, the directors` potential
interest in these dealings are disclosed below:
