RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the renewal of cautionary announcement released on SENS on 5 May
2009, shareholders are advised that the Company is still in negotiations with
China National Geological and Mining (HK) Limited, which if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company`s shares.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company`s shares until a full announcement is made.
