CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of directors of Poynting announces with deep regret the sudden passing
of Mr Michael Keith Hill on 31 May 2009. Mike had been a qualified Chartered
Accountant since 1988 and had undertaken various roles at Poynting such as non-
executive director, interim financial director and Chairman of both the Audit
and Remuneration Committee. Michael was also instrumental in the listing of the
company in July 2008.
The board of directors and employees of Poynting will miss him and his
contribution to the company.
