PINNACLE POINT GROUP ANNUAL RESULTS
There has been a delay in publishing results of Pinnacle Point, listed on the
Alternate Exchange (AltX) of the JSE, for the year ended February 2009.
The company is currently trading under a cautionary which was issued on 17 March
2009 and which was extended on 10 June 2009.
The Board of Pinnacle Point has decided to withhold the release of the results
until later this month, pending the conclusion of discussions, which could have
a material effect on the price at which the Company`s securities trade. This
decision is believed to be in the best interests of shareholders.
The Board anticipates the release of the Company`s results shortly after the
Board approval on or about 25 June 2009.
