CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with sections 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Jimmy Martin and Richard Wilkes have been
appointed as executive directors to the board of directors of Universal, with
immediate effect.
Both Jimmy and Richard are senior group executives that are well known within
the industry having been in executive roles in the operating businesses from
1994 and 1992 respectively.
The Board congratulates them on their appointment and look forward to their
continued contribution to the success of the group.
