RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the requisite majority of shareholders unanimously
approved all of the ordinary and special resolutions tabled at the annual
general meetings of both PSG Group and PSG Financial Services held today,
Friday, 19 June 2009. The special resolutions will be lodged with the Registrar
of Companies for registration in due course.
