RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF ALTECH SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are referred to the circular dated 4 June 2009 incorporating a
notice of general meeting, to consider and, if deemed fit, pass the resolutions
necessary to adopt a new Altech 2009 Share Plan.
Altech shareholders are advised that at the general meeting which was held on 18
June 2009, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite number of votes.
