TRANSFER OF SUB-SECTOR
Shareholders are advised that the company`s application to have its listing
transferred to the "Electrical components and equipment" sub-sector of the JSE
lists was successful. This reclassification is in line with, and better
reflects, the nature of ARB`s main business operations.
Accordingly, with effect from the commencement of trading today (i.e. 22 June
2009), the listing of ARB`s shares has been transferred to the "Electrical
Components and Equipment" sub-sector of the JSE lists.
