RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
The directors advise that, at the general meeting of shareholders held today,
shareholders unanimously approved the special resolutions to:
- increase the share capital of the company; and
- amend the Articles of Association to allow the company a nine month period
in which to hold its annual general meeting.
The special resolutions pertaining to the increase in share capital and the
amendment to the Articles of Association will be sent to CIPRO for registration.
