Notice is hereby given that Interest Payment number 3 has been declared for a
period of 181 days, being from 1 January 2009 to 30 June 2009. In terms of the
JSE Listings Requirements "corporate action timetable", the company is not able
to close its register on 26 June 2009. Payment will only be made on 13 July
2009. The payment will also include interest at 10% per annum for 12 days on
interest for the period 1 July 2009 to 12 July 2009, inclusive.
