28 May 2009, shareholders are advised that the Keaton Energy Annual Report for
the year ended 31 March 2009 was posted today and contains no modifications to
the aforementioned published preliminary summarised results. An online version

Shareholders are advised that the Annual General Meeting of Keaton Energy will
be held at The Vermillion Room, The Campus, 57 Sloane Street, Bryanston, 2191,
South Africa on Friday, 24 July 2009 at 09h00, to transact the business as
stated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting forming part of the Annual
Report.
