ADJUSTMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE NEDBANK ARCELORMITTAL SOUTH AFRICA
LIMITED SHARE INSTALMENT
The Event
ARCELORMITTAL SOUTH AFRICA LIMITED has announced a scheme of arrangement whereby
Vicva Investments and Trading Nine will acquire approximately 9.995 percent from
the shareholders for a consideration of 8764 cps acquired.
Details Of The Event:
Last day to trade in order to be eligible for the scheme of arrangement was
Friday, 19 June 2009.
The record date will be Friday, 26 June 2009 and payment date will be Monday, 29
June 2009.
Holders of the ACLNIE share instalment will be affected in the following way:
The strike be adjusted from R49.50 to R49.77 effective Monday, 22 June 2009.
The quantity of instalments held will be adjusted in the following way:
Number of instalments X 0.99454 (Standard rounding will apply.)
Therefore no cash payment will be made and the adjustment date will be Monday,
29 June 2009.
