RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS TO THE BOARD OF THABEX
Resignation
Shareholders are herby informed in terms of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements ("JSE LR`s"), that Mr. Johannes Leopold Bosch has resigned as
non-executive director from the board of the Company with effect from Tuesday,
23 June 2009.
The Board wishes to thank Mr. Bosch for his valued contributions to the
Company during his tenure as a board member of the Company.
New Appointment
Shareholders are further informed in terms of rule 3.59 of the JSE LR`s that
Mr. Cornelius Johannes Engelbrecht has been appointed as an executive director
to the board of the Company with effect from Tuesday, 23 June 2009.
