DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Following the previous announcement detailing a possible quarterly
distribution by Bips Inflation-X to holders of Bips Inflation-X securities,
the manager and trustees (namely Bips Investment Managers (Pty) Limited and
ABSA Bank Limited) have resolved to make a quarterly distribution to holders
of Bips Inflation-X securities for the quarter ended 30 June 2009. The
distribution will:
- amount to 12.73 cents (R0.1273) per Bips Inflation-X security;
- be constituted 12.73 cents (R0.1273) in respect of interest;
- be made to all holders of Bips Inflation-X securities recorded in the
register on 3 July 2009; and
- be effected on 6 July 2009.
