RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting held on Wednesday, 24 June
2009 regarding the specific repurchase by UCS of 4 837 944 UCS ordinary shares
from the management shareholders of DiverseIT (Proprietary) Limited, the
ordinary and special resolutions contained in the notice of general meeting
dated 1 June 2009, were approved by the requisite number of shareholders.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office for registration.
