2008, 14 August 2008, 25 September 2008, 30 September 2008, 11 November 2008, 6
January 2009, 18 February 2009, 31 March 2009 and 12 May 2009 respectively, and
are advised that certain negotiations referred to therein are still in progress.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution in dealing
with Bonatla shares until a further announcement in this regard is made.
