As a consequence of the JSE becoming a 100% shareholder of the Bond Exchange of
South Africa Limited, effective 22 June 2009, the following new appointments to
the JSE Board of Directors have been made:
With effect from 24 June 2009, Nku Nyembezi-Heita has been appointed as a non-
executive director, with Jonathan Berman as her alternate.
