REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of Eureka`s shareholders,
held at 65 Elm Drive, Inanda, Sandton, on 24 June 2009, the requisite majority
of shareholders unanimously approved all the resolutions proposed at the
meeting.
Ordinary resolution number 1 was unanimously approved in two separate ways.
1. Excluding the controlling shareholders.
2. Including the controlling shareholders.
