Resignation and appointment of Directors
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the Company advises herewith that Mr Thys du Toit has resigned as a non-
executive director.
Chairman Shams Pather commented that "Coronation has been extremely privileged
to have benefited from Thys` guidance and business acumen since its inception,
first as an executive and subsequently as a non-executive director. We thank him
for his contribution and wish him well for the future."
The company further announces the appointment of Mr Anton Pillay as an executive
director with effect from today. Mr Pillay joined Coronation as its Chief
Operating Officer in January 2006.
