2009, which related, inter alia, to the restructuring of the company`s debt and
are advised that negotiations relating to the debt restructuring are still in
progress and may, if successfully concluded, have a material effect on the price
of the company`s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue

announcement is made.
