RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of AdaptIT held on Friday,
26 June 2009, convened in terms of the notice of general meeting contained in
the circular to shareholders issued on 11 June 2009, the requisite majority of
shareholders approved the ordinary resolutions pertaining to the acquisition by
AdaptIT of 51% of ITS Holdings (Proprietary) Limited.
