The annual report containing audited financial statements for the company for
the year ended 31 March 2009 has been posted to shareholders today, Friday, 26
June 2009. There has been no change from the audited results for the year ended
31 March 2009, released on SENS on 27 May 2009 and published in the press on 28
May 2009 and the annual report. The annual financial statements were audited by
the company`s auditors, Deloitte & Touche and their report is available for
inspection at Invicta`s registered office.
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for the company,
which will be held at 12h00 on Friday, 31 July 2009 at 3rd Floor, Pepkor House,
36 Stellenberg Road, Parow Industria, Cape Town.
