TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably
certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on next will be
different from the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the Group results for the year ended
28 February 2009 ("the reporting period") have shown a decline when compared to
the previous corresponding period. Consequently, headline earnings are expected
to be between 310% and 320% and earnings per share are expected to be between
50% and 60% lower than those achieved in the previous corresponding period.
The above information has been reviewed by the company`s auditors. The company`s
reviewed results for the year ended 28 February 2009 are expected to be
published at the end of June 2009.
