APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with sections 3.84 (h), 4.8(b) and 7.F.6 of the JSE Limited`s
Listings Requirements, notification is hereby given that Mr. Carel Johannes
Masson ("Callie") has been appointed as the Financial Director of m Cubed with
immediate effect.
Callie is a qualified chartered accountant. His previous work experience
includes being the Financial Director of PPS Insurance Company Limited from June
2000 to March 2007 after which he joined m Cubed as the head of finance.
The board welcomes the appointment of Callie as Financial Director of the
Company and looks forward to his valued input.
