Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 9 March 2009
regarding the resignation of Ms Dudu J Nyamane from the board of directors of
Datacentrix.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Datacentrix is pleased to announcement that circumstances now allow Ms
Dudu J Nyamane to be re-appointed as a non-executive director of Datacentrix and
a member of the Remuneration committee of the company, with effect from 29 June
2009.
