RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
The board of directors of White Water Resources advises that at the general
meeting of shareholders held on Monday, 29 June 2009, convened in terms of
the notice of general meeting contained in the circular to shareholders
issued on 5 June 2009, the requisite majority of shareholders approved the
special resolution pertaining to the disposal of 100 752 612 JCI Limited
ordinary shares in exchange for 10 605 540 Aflease Gold Limited ordinary
shares.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
Further to the announcements dated 30 March 2009 and 15 May 2009,
shareholders are advised that negotiations are still in progress which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the
company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
