NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s annual report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2008, were posted to
shareholders on Monday, 29 June 2009 and contains no changes to the audited
financial results which were announced on SENS on Thursday, 19 March 2009 and in
the press on Friday, 20 March 2009. The annual financial statements were audited
by the Company`s auditors, PKF (Jhb) Inc. and their report is available for
inspection at the Company`s registered office.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Primeserv shareholders
will be held at 207 Main Avenue, Ferndale, Randburg, at 09h00 on Friday, 24 July
2009, to transact business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting of
shareholders circulated together with the annual financial statements.
