shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Cipla Medpro`s provisional reviewed consolidated results for the
year ended 31 December 2008, published on 31 March 2009 ("the results"), the
annual report was dispatched to shareholders today. The annual report
contains no modifications to the aforementioned published results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the shareholders of Cipla Medpro will be held
at 11:00 on 22 July 2009 at the Cape of Good Hope Room, 5th Floor, BOE
Building, Clock Tower Precinct, V & A Waterfront, Cape Town, to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part
of the 2008 annual report.
