RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the joint announcement by AFGRI and Sovereign
Foods Investment Limited ("Sovereign Foods") on 15 May 2009 regarding the
proposed reverse listing of AFGRI`s Food division into Sovereign Foods ("the
Proposed Transaction"), and the Sovereign Foods` business update and further
cautionary announcement on 22 June 2009.
Shareholders are advised that discussions regarding the Proposed Transaction
are still in progress, which if successfully concluded, may have a material
effect on the price of the Company`s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are
advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company`s securities
until a further announcement is made.
