DIRECTOR`S SHAREHOLDING
Independent Power Corporation PLC ("IPC"), a company controlled by Peter
Earl, Chief Executive Officer of IPSA, has notified the Company that on 29
June 2009 it disposed of 312,500 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16 pence per share.
Following the disposal of Ordinary Shares, IPC holds 3,125,000 Ordinary
Shares. Accordingly, Mr. Earl`s beneficial holding in the Company is
13,135,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.8 per cent of the issued share
capital of IPSA.
