RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Professor Peter Eagles has resigned as a non-executive director of the Clicks
Group with effect from 29 June 2009.
Clicks Group chairman, David Nurek, thanked Professor Eagles for his
contribution to the board over the past three years and for his input into the
development of the group`s pharmacy business.
