TRANSFER OF PROPERTY AND RELATED DIRECTORS` DEALINGS ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that, as detailed in the circular to shareholders dated
23 January 2006, all outstanding matters have been resolved and transfers of
properties to Orion have now been concluded. The transfer of ACA Krans Trust and
Laser Park to Orion has been finalised and 160 588 235 linked units have been
issued at 17 cents and listed. The issue of these linked units has resulted in
an increase in the beneficial shareholding of Franz Gmeiner who in turn has
transferred linked units to the following directors.
In compliance with rules 3.63 - 3.74 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the
following information is disclosed.
