APPOINTMENT OF FINANICAL DIRECTOR
Simmers is pleased to announce that Mr GJ Jacobs has been appointed to the Board
of Directors of Simmers as Financial Director with effect from 30 June 2009.
Prior to this appointment, Mr Jacobs has been employed by the Company since 1
November 2005, in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer. In addition, Mr
Jacobs previously served on the Board between December 2005 and September 2006
as a Director of the Company.
