Shareholders are advised that the Company`s annual report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2008, were
distributed to shareholders on 30 June 2009, and contains no changes to the
reviewed results which were published on SENS on 27 March 2009. The annual
financial statements were audited by the Company`s auditors
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc and SizweNtsaluba VSP, and their unqualified audit
report forms part of the annual financial statements.

Notice is hereby given that the AGM of shareholders will be held on Tuesday 28
July 2009 at 10h00 at 32 Impala Road, Chislehurston, SANDTON, to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the AGM forming part of the annual
financial statements.
