APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of IFA are pleased to announce the appointment
of Mr. Michael Burns Neilson to the board as the Financial Director with effect
from 30 June 2009.
Mr Neilson is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
He was with the Royal Sun Alliance for 14 years, serving in a variety of roles
including Group Investment Accountant and Finance Director. In 2003, he joined
Cazenove Capital Management, in London, where he was Managing Director and Chief
Operating Officer. Mr. Neilson joined IFA Hotels and Resorts KSCC in 2008 as
Chief Financial Officer and has now been appointed Financial Director for IFA.
