NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s 2009 annual report, incorporating
the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2009 was
posted to shareholders today and contains no material changes to the reviewed
preliminary results that were announced on SENS and published in the press on
14 May 2009 and 15 May 2009 respectively.
The 2009 annual report incorporates a notice of annual general meeting, which
meeting will be held in the Dome, Vodaworld, 082 Vodacom Boulevard, Vodavalley,
Midrand, Johannesburg, South Africa on Friday 31 July 2009 at 10:00 (SA time).
