ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the "Reviewed financial results for the year ended
31 December 2008" announcement made on 30 March 2009 and are advised that the
annual financial statements are currently being printed and will be posted to
shareholders on or about 2 July 2009. These contain no significant
modifications to the reviewed unaudited provisional results that were published
on SENS on 30 March 2009.
The annual financial statements were audited by the company`s auditors, Grant
Thornton. Their unqualified audit report is available for inspection at the
company`s registered office, 2nd Floor, Sanclare Building, Dreyer Street,
Claremont, Cape Town.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will take
place at 12h00 on Monday, 27 July 2009 at the Kenilworth Room, Kenilworth
Racecourse, Cape Town, to transact business as stated in the notice of the
annual general meeting forming part of the annual financial statements.
