PDMR`s INTERESTS
The Company announces that an award over 730 ordinary shares of 5486/91 US cents
in the capital of the Company ("Shares"), granted to Mr Kuseni Dlamini upon his
appointment in 2008, vested on 30 June 2009.
292 Shares were sold at SA Rand 229.20 each to settle the tax liability and the
balance were released. Consequently, Mr Dlamini`s beneficial interest has
increased by 438 Shares.
The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company`s obligations
under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2
to 3.1.4.
