CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of SA French ("the board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that:
- Mr Benjamin Mophatlane has resigned as an independent non-executive
director and member of the audit committee with effect from 30 June 2009;
and
- Mr Joseph Fizelle has been appointed as an independent non-executive
director and member of the audit committee of the company with effect
from 1 July 2009.
Joseph (FCA (Ireland), HDipPrAcc, BCom) has six years corporate finance
experience with JPMorgan where his role was primarily that of a corporate
finance transactor.
The board thanks Benjamin for his contribution and wishes him well in his
future endeavours.
