CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of The Don hereby notifies its shareholders that:
- Ms Uviwe Vuyokazi Mzilikaz has been appointed as Financial Director of the
company with effect from 30 June 2009;
- Mr Kelly Clinton has been appointed as an executive director of the company
with effect from 1 July 2009; and
- Mr Wayne Roderick Wright has resigned as a non-executive director of the
company with effect from 1 July 2009.
Uviwe qualified as a Chartered Accountant after completing her articles at
Deloitte in Cape Town. Whilst employed by Deloitte, Uviwe gained valuable
experience in the Deloitte tax department as well as gaining exposure to
various industries including manufacturing, farming and the hotels and leisure
industry.
Kelly has an H.Dip Eng B Com (Honours) and has thirty years` experience in
real estate. Previously he held the position of Chief Executive Officer of
Ambit Properties Limited.
The board of directors would like to thank Wayne for his contribution over the
past two years and wishes him success in the future.
